General Building Work In Tenerife

TSB Builders have over the last few months been working hard on a complete house renovation in the south of Tenerife in the San Miguel area.

The property was bought below market value and after a few visits to the customer TSB Builders managed to secure the entire job.

The house in question had remained unoccupied for many years but is in a prime location very near the church in San Miguel village.

The TSB Builders team stripped the whole property back to the core and have installed a complete new plumbing system as well as we are now fitting two new fully fitted bathrooms.

On top of that we are also fitting two brand new fitted kitchens to the property.

A total house re-wire with brand new electrics has also been installed and the electricians have just completed their task and have now left as the carpenters move in.

Most of the woodwork has included hand made doors, tables, chairs and we have put in wooden beams and lowered the ceiling throughout the top floor.

The roof terrace has been resealed and a new floor put down and all windows through the house have been carefully removed, restored where possible and been re-fitted.

We have just built a brand new cesspit as well for the disposal of waste water and sewage.

Their is another few weeks of work left to do but will post all the pictures when finished.
